Facts of recognition

On June 3, 2013, the Defendant concluded a contract with the Plaintiff for the supply of the Mawls Panel (hereinafter “instant goods”) as follows: (a) the Defendant agreed to supply the Mawls Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongyang”) with the Mawls Panel (hereinafter “instant goods”).
