A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

1. 2. 모욕 피고인은 같은 날 22:30경 위 D파출소에서 위와 같은 공무집행방해 혐의로 체포되었다는 이유로 화가 나 경찰관인 피해자 F과 피해자 E에게 "씹새끼들. 니네 다 죽여 버릴꺼야.", "야, 씨발. 내가 너희들한테 뭘 잘못했냐.", "이런 개새끼.", "니 엄마 보지다.", "빨리 넘기라고 개새끼들아."라고 말하는 등 피고인의 일행인 G과 위 파출소 소속 경찰관 등 4명이 있는 자리에서 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
