A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a K5-car.

On May 25, 2018, the Defendant driven the said K5 car without a driver’s license on May 23:57, 2018, and changed the two lanes in front of the “D” located in Yangsan City, into one lane.
