Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, at around 13:35 on August 16, 2015, the Defendant operated 49c occ, the number plate which was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 100 meters from the front of the hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the 620-56 sexual occina.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1, driving a 49cc otobs without obtaining a license for a motorcycle driver.
