Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 14, 2013, the Defendants acquired ownership of the entire building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) and concluded a lease agreement on August 14, 2013 with the Defendants on the leased deposit deposit amounting to KRW 50 million on the part of 163 square meters in the ship (i.e., operation of I restaurant; hereinafter referred to as the “one-story building”) connected each point of 1,23,4,1 in sequence with the Defendants on the first floor surface of the instant building (hereinafter referred to as “I restaurant”), the lease period of KRW 300,000,000 won for monthly rent (excluding value-added tax), the lease period of KRW 300,000 won for management expenses, from August 14, 2013 to August 14, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “A”). From August 2013, the lease agreement was concluded on the leased deposit of KRW 300,000,000.
B. On April 2014, the Defendants sent to A a proof of the content that they would cancel the lease agreement, without paying a monthly amount of seven months for the instant first floor and underground floor buildings. On May 14, 2014, the Defendants sent to A a proof of the content that they would seek compensation for operating losses with respect to the leakage of the instant underground floor and the first floor buildings, while remitting the lease agreement to some end on May 14, 2014. On August 25, 2014, the Defendants sent a proof of the content that they would claim compensation for operating losses with respect to the instant underground floor and the first floor buildings. On July 20, 2015, the Defendants filed a request for compensation for operating losses with respect to the water leakage of the instant underground floor and the underground floor buildings, and the lease agreement with respect to the instant building on the first floor was terminated on August 14, 2015, and it did not appear that the lease agreement on the instant underground floor was terminated on August 14, 2015.
