1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,084,570 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 20, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. Although the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant, who is engaged in a timber household manufacturing business as its main business, and served from July 4, 201 to August 5, 2015, the Plaintiff did not receive the total of KRW 16,000,000 and retirement allowances of KRW 13,084,570 from April 4, 2015 to August 5, 201.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 20, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day following the retirement of the Plaintiff and the 14th day after the retirement of the Plaintiff.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
