1. The Defendant (Appointeds) KRW 66,401,020, KRW 85,414,979, KRW 67,380,913 to the Appointed C, and KRW 67,380,913 to the Appointeds.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. While the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) worked for the Defendant Company from November 27, 1996 to September 12, 2014, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) did not receive the total of KRW 5,200,641, bonuses of KRW 10,404,109 and retirement allowances of KRW 50,796,270, and KRW 66,401,020 during that period, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) sought damages for delay at the rate of KRW 66,401,020 and KRW 20% per annum from September 27, 2014, the date following the expiration of 14 days from September 27, 2014, which were the date of retirement.
B. The Selection B worked for the Defendant Company from March 11, 1996 to September 12, 2014, but did not receive the total of KRW 85,414,979 for bonuses of KRW 5,792,632, bonuses of KRW 13,162,037 and retirement allowances of KRW 66,460,310, and retirement allowances of KRW 85,414,979. As such, the Defendant did not seek damages for delay at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 27, 2014, which was the following day after 14 days from September 12, 2014, which was the date of retirement.
C. The Appointor C worked for the Defendant Company from March 28, 1995 to September 12, 2014, but did not receive the total of KRW 67,380,913 as well as KRW 4,730,09, bonuses of KRW 10,379,520, and retirement allowances of KRW 52,271,30,913 as well as KRW 67,380,913 as well as KRW 20% per annum from September 27, 2014 as of the date of retirement to September 14, 2014.
D. While the Appointor D worked for the Defendant Company from April 5, 2012 to September 12, 2014, the Defendant Company sought damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from September 27, 2014, the following day after September 14, 2014, based on the annual rate of 12,513,735 won and the annual rate of 12,513,735 won and the annual rate of 20% from September 27, 2014, which is from September 27, 2014 to the date of full payment.
