1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 76,081,679 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 26, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant concluded a contract for the recruitment of members (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the non-party C&N Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Non-party”) as an agent for the business of constructing a new apartment of the regional housing association, which is ordered by the regional housing association B in Chuncheon City.

Article 2. [Contract Term and Work Commencement)

1. The term of this service contract shall be one year from the date of entry into force of this contract, and shall be automatically extended until the recruitment and sale of A are completed, provided there is no separate expression of intention between them.

Article 3 (Method of Conducting Advertising Services)

On January 08, 2016, A shall complete all preparatory activities for solicitation, such as completion of the housing promotion center, confirmation of the advertisement necessary for the recruitment business, confirmation of the advertisement necessary for the contract-related documents, etc., confirmation order of promotional materials such as the right to request consultation/business, designation of external business entities specialized in the business, management of the publicity center, and selection of potential business entities (hereinafter referred to as "payment of service fees and project expenses") before the commencement date of solicitation;
