Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as Vice Director at the Art Research Institute of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul.

1. At around 13:00 on July 201, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim D (31 years of age, female) who was under the Defendant’s instruction from the said Art Research Institute was crypted by the Defendant; and (b) caused the instant cryp to the victim’s panty in which the victim’s panty was crypted, thereby committing an indecent act by force.

2. On September 15, 201, at around 13:55, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim who was crypted in the above place; and (b) took hand in a panty to the panty, thereby committing an indecent act by force.
