A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving of B rocketing vehicles;

On July 9, 2013, at around 20:55, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license as indicated in paragraph 2. below, and led the front road of the Line, which is located in 358, Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, to the speed of the academic distance from the New Apartment to the right speed of the vessel at the speed of speed.

Since there is an intersection where signal apparatus is installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by making it possible for a person engaged in driving service to live in the vicinity of another vehicle straight through the intersection and yield the course to a direct driving vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so, and led the victim C(39 years of age) to the right side from the left side of the direction of the Defendant’s proceeding by his negligence and shocked the front side of the DNA car into the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle’s left side.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim C’s salt and tensions requiring approximately two weeks’ medical treatment due to the foregoing occupational negligence, and, at the same time, escaped without causing approximately KRW 667,938 of repair cost to damage damaged vehicles.

2. The Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.142% without obtaining a driving license from a vehicle driving license at a section of about 100 meters from the front of the same apartment in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon at the time and time, as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
