A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:55 on December 28, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., accident-free measures) driving the front road of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E in a state of blood alcohol concentration of 0.184%, and led the FSM5 car to bypass from the side of the hybrid department store.

Since there is a four-lane road where the passage of a vehicle is frequent, the driver has a duty of care to live well in the front line and safely by driving along the right side of the road in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to take necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the said damaged taxi, and immediately stopping it to check the state of damage, after taking the right side of the H taxi driven by the victim G (the 40-year-old) driving along the four-lane distance from the liver department store to the west end of the west department store, and then leaving the pentum part into the front part of the Defendant’s car.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) were driven by the Defendant from a road where it is impossible to find out whether the circuits located in the Southern-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City without obtaining a temporary driving license, such as paragraph (1), to the roads of approximately 2km 0.184% of blood alcohol concentration from a section of approximately 2km to the roads of about 15, 650-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) drive a FSS5 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same date and at the same place as paragraph (2).
