Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 4, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and two years of the suspended sentence, and the suspended sentence became effective on Nov. 27, 2009 by the same court for the same crime, etc., and completed the execution of each of the above suspended sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on July 8, 2012. On September 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the third prison of the Chuncheon District Court on Jan. 19, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that he/she has no ability to discern things or make decisions due to climatic personality disorders, etc.
1. B. Around February 12, 2014, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven, at KRW KRW 50, E Poter freight, F Cost A, and G fixed freight, respectively.
C. Around February 14, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a gallon vehicle at the Jeju Island, I gallon vehicle, I gallon vehicle, and Junst car, respectively.
