A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

A. On October 9, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C through D (SNS) around 20:00, the Defendant visited the victim C (nives, 19 years old) as a female under the name of E and accessed him/her, and then talked with the victim through D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D c sen, the Defendant sent the victim’s photograph prior to the victim’s identity.

In other words, 10 copies of the photograph exposed to the upper half of the body was transmitted from the injured party.

Since then, from October 10, 2017 to October 02:00, the Defendant send the victim’s body pictures with the greater known body of the victim who intends to complete a conversation.

The victim requested a change and the victim refused to do so, "after the back investigation is sent to the victim."

“In doing so, the victim’s sexual organ exposed to a woman’s sexual organ exposed on the Internet was edited and transmitted as if he/she were his/her photograph, and as if he/she were to transmit and spread the image of the victim’s sexual organ to his/her relatives and family members, until October 14, 2017.

B. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim F via D around October 15, 2017, when: (a) around 14:00 on October 15, 2017, the victim F (or 19 years of age) was a female under the name of E, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) and was approaching him/her, and was talked with the victim through DDasch Rexroth; (b) sent the victim’s photograph bearing the victim’s personal body.

The body was sent three copies of the photograph exposed to the victim by making the body to the purport that it would be different.

Since then from 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant, from around 17:00 on the same day, “I wish to spread the exposed photographs to the neighboring people without sending them further.”

“In doing so, the victim’s body transmits his body pictures from the victim to the victim’s friendship and his family members, and makes intimidation several times as if they were to spread them, and the victim, who was sexually transmitted by the defendant to the victim, describing the sexual act.
