Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 24, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Defamation) by the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gangnam Prison on November 23, 2018.
