Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2016, at around 10:15, the Defendant driven a new town bus of 47 persons in B, and proceeded with a two-lane road of 7 U.S. in the East-gu Eup/Myeon, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, U.S., at approximately 92 km each hour depending on the 3-lane from the port of port.

In this case, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to care in preventing accidents by accurately manipulating the steering gear and steering devices of the motor vehicle.

Ultimately, at around 11:25 on the same day, the Defendant caused the victim's death by the occupational negligence as above, from the Ulsan Military Medical Center located in the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do 71-ro, Ulsan-do.
