Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Intimidation) at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 18, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung-Eup Prison on November 24, 2017.
