A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 23, 2013, the Defendant acquired one credit card card of a national bank, the victim C lost in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the street around 20:00.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, embezzled it on his own idea.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 23, 2013, around 20:16, the Defendant purchased an excessive interest from the Fmaart operated by the victim E in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, and conducted as if the legitimate licensee of the national bank specified in paragraph (1) was a legitimate licensee of the credit card as stated in paragraph (1). The Defendant acquired an excessive amount of KRW 1,000 by settling the price of the goods with the said credit card, and issued the said credit card as if he was a legitimate licensee of the credit card of the account holder C bank, and used the credit card signed and lost on the sales slip.

B. At around 20:20 of the date indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant purchased safafafafafafafafafafafafafafafafag, which is operated by the victim H in Seongdong-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, by settling the price for the goods in the same manner as specified in the above paragraph (a), acquired safafafafafafafag and safagbafafafafafag, and issued the said credit card as if
