A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in Busan Gangseo-gu Co., Ltd. D (hereinafter “D”) with the trade name of “E” from 202 plastic houses located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the victim F is the victim F with the trade name of “G” in the above 204 Dong, the victim H is the victim H with the trade name of “I” in the above 206 Dong from the above 206 Dong, the victim J is the victim J, the victim K is the victim K with the trade name of “L” in the above 207 Dong, the victim K is the person operating the victim M with the above 210 Dong and 211 Dong, and the Defendant and the victims are all the shareholders of D.

While the Defendant worked as D’s managing director from the end of the end of 2010 to the beginning of the beginning of 2011, there were many disputes between the enforcement branch and the N in connection with D’s operation. However, the Defendant did not have any capacity to load the detonating fuses and the surrounding grass only, and did not have any effect on it.
