A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 23, 2012, the Defendant, at the adult telephone room run by the Defendant in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, 2012, had C put 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine, put them into one-time injection machine, put them into one-time injection machine, melting them in one-way injection unit, and have them take them into one-way.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

2. At around 02:00 on October 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 50,000 won to the name “F” at the E-point toilet located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) 10,000 won to the instant F, which included 0.05g phiphones from the said F.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, had the F injected the 0.05g philophones contained in a single-use injection machine into the trokes of his arms after melting them in water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
