Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not obtain the consent or consent to the re-issuance of the credit card from Samsung, the wife prior to the divorce, and was living with the basic old-age pension of KRW 200,00 per month due to the absence of the owned property or certain occupation, and even if using the credit card, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay it, and was in possession with the credit card re-issuance by gathering the above C name from the victim Samsung Card Corporation.

1. Non-payment of credit card payment - On July 23, 2015, the accused, at the subway station located in Daegu, paid 2,200 won of the subway fare using credit cards in the name of the above C, and from around that time to July 7, 2016, the Defendant acquired property gains equivalent to the above amount by settling the payment with credit card in the name of the above C in total 59 times, as shown in the list of crimes committed from around that time to around July 2016.

2. Not paying credit card loans - Fraud

A. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant requested the name-free women of Daegu or lower level to Da Doc and asked the said women to commit the said women to call to the person in charge of the card theory of the said victimized company as if the said women were in the name of the said credit card holder C, and the Defendant was transferred KRW 4 million from the said victimized company to the account of the said company C on the same day.

B. On April 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving a person in charge of the credit card theory of the said victimized company by the said method in the following manner; and (b) was transferred from the said victimized company to the said C’s bank account on the same day.

3. Non-payment of cash services - ththief: (a) around December 19, 2015, the Defendant: (b) inserted the credit card in the said C’s name in the cash withdrawal machine from the bank located in Daegu City, Daegu City; and (c) removed KRW 100,000 as a cash service and stolen it.
