A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant started living at the victim’s house located in the D Housing No. 407, from around August 19, 2016, while the Defendant was going to move from around September 2015 and around September 32, 2015.

1. Each assault;

A. On October 31, 2015, the Defendant was aboard the victim’s vehicle in Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul at around 22:00 on October 31, 2015, and was drinking the victim’s house and drinking the victim’s house.
