A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:05 on July 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) set forth in the “Children’s Large Park” in the 3 (Seo-Eup-dong, Busan, Busan, on the front side of the “Children’s Large Park,” on the grounds that the victim C (58 years of age) takes a taxi driving in Busan, and she asked the destination of the victim, the victim’s face was 2 times at the time of drinking while she takes a bath for the

On July 16, 2015, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) was arrested from the police officers dispatched upon receipt of a report at the places indicated in Paragraph (2) and on the back seat of 112 patrols; and (b) took the 112 patrols on the back seat; and (c) the police officers E (26) who were the police officers belonging to the Busan Jin Police Station D Zone D District in Busan (26 years of age) refrain from taking a bath; and (d) the victim’s chest, breast, ear, and fright portion were assaulted by the method of walking at several times to interfere with legitimate performance of duties of the police officer for handling reported cases; and (e) at the same time, the victim failed to have an eye and ice that requires medical treatment for about two weeks.
