1. The plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff purchased the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 3 from Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) on May 16, 2002 in accordance with each of the former Public Loss Compensation Act for the Restoration Project. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 21, 2002, purchased the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5 from Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) on December 26, 2003, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 30, 203. On April 26, 2004, the Plaintiff purchased the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 6 from Defendant A and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 27, 2004 through consultation from Defendant B on February 28, 2005.
Since then, the real estate listed in Nos. 1 through 5 and 7 in the annexed list was merged with the real estate listed in No. 6 in the annexed list No. 5 around July 5, 2005.

The Plaintiff purchased land of Songpa-gu Seoul on May 17, 2001, G on December 17, 2003, respectively (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant neighboring land”). The neighboring land of this case was leased and used by Defendant A from E, and the neighboring land of this case was also combined with the real estate listed in the [Attachment Table No. 6] around July 5, 2005.
C. Each of the instant lands and the adjoining land lots of the instant neighboring areas are widely buried in the underground, such as concrete and concrete structures for strengthening the floor with a thickness of 2 to 3 meters, and the Plaintiff spent KRW 254,68,939, in total, from June 18, 2018 to December 21, 2018.
