Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2013, at around 22:17:17, the Defendant driven a Category C-ro vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.121%, while under the influence of alcohol, from around the general restaurant of the trade name called "Seoul-si, Gwangju-si, to the roads in front of the warehouse of "Tank" in the Seocho-si, Seoul-si.
