Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven BMW X5 car in a state of 0.119% alcohol concentration from around 100 meters to around 100 meters through a one-way road located in the same Myeongri, in which it is difficult to find out the trade name of the main body located in Gwangju City.
