Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 10, 2015, at around 01:11, the Defendant: (a) was waiting to open the partitions with a toilet in order to cover the female lusent image in a lusent building located in a lusent space below Incheon; (b) the Defendant confirmed that two women suffering from the lusent female are melting the lusent female in a toilet; and (c) taken the body of other persons against their will, with a view to satisfy the victim’s sexual desire, by taking the lusular phone using the camera filled in the lusular phone 6, by taking the lusium, the lusium’s lusium, and the lusium’s lusent female body, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

2. On June 15, 2015, from around 01:30 to 02:05, the Defendant: (a) was waiting to open the partitions in the first floor of women’s toilets in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in order to cover the 66th floor of women’s studio; (b) the victim B (here, 23 years of age) was waiting to open the toilets with the toilets; (c) confirmed that the victim B (here, 23 years of age) was coming from the side partitions, and checked the strings of the victim; and (d) taken the victim’s her bat, etc. using the camera filled in the Defendant’s 6 mobile phone-phone, to satisfy his sexual desire, and taken the victim’s body against the victim’s will that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.
