1. Defendant D and Defendant E shall jointly:

A. From December 5, 2017, Plaintiff A 129,885,109 won and its related thereto.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant D is a business entity and representative of Korea branch office of “G” (G; hereinafter “G”), which is a multi-level financial business entity that solicits investment funds under the pretext of investing in gold, alternative energy, etc. against many and unspecified persons by claiming global private equity funds. Defendant D is a business entity with Defendant D and Korea branch office jointly operated. Defendant F is a multi-level business entity under Defendant D’s affiliated business entity, and the Plaintiffs are those who pay investment funds in G.

B. Defendant D and Defendant E were paid investment money from investors by publicizing the purport that “if they make an investment in the Gu, they may receive 2.5% or 4.5% per annum from the end of March 2017 to the end of December 20, 2017” with respect to many and unspecified persons, they shall be entitled to receive 2.5% or 4.5% per annum, return the principal after one year, and may receive high allowances when recruiting subordinate investors.”

C. From September 8, 2017 to December 4, 2017, Plaintiff A paid a total of KRW 260,480,440 in G over 11 times. From September 14, 2017 to December 1, 2017, Plaintiff A received interest of KRW 74,930,283 in total from G over 15 times.

B paid a total of KRW 56,788,612 in G seven times from November 22, 2017 to December 4, 2017, and Plaintiff C paid a total of KRW 56,80,000 in G on December 13, 2017.
