Defendant F shall be KRW 108,270,094, KRW 32,873,167, and KRW 34,080,00 and each of the said money to Plaintiff C.

1. Basic facts

A. The J is a business entity and representative business entity of K (K; hereinafter “K”) who is a multi-level financial business entity that solicits investment funds under the pretext of investing in gold, alternative energy, etc. against many and unspecified persons, claiming global private equity funds. Defendant D, E, F, and G are business entities affiliated with the J, and the multi-level business entity of K, Defendant H, and I are K instructors, and the Plaintiffs are those who have paid the investment funds to K.

B. Defendant D is an operator of two Korea branch offices from April 2017 to December 20, 2017, and Defendant E is a business operator and the Gangnam Center head from May 1, 2017 to December 20, 2017. Defendant F is the head of the light language center from March 1, 2017 to December 20, 2017, and Defendant G is the head of the center’s superior business from April 2017 to December 20, 2017, and is entitled to receive funds from investors from each of the top-tier business operators from around October 2017 to around December 20, 2017, and from around December 20, 2017 to around December 20, 2017, Defendant D is entitled to receive funds from investors from each of the top-tier business operators of the center from around December 1, 201 to around December 20, 2017.

C. From September 8, 2017 to December 4, 2017, Plaintiff A paid a total of KRW 260,480,440 to K 11 times. From September 14, 2017 to December 1, 2017, Plaintiff A received interest of KRW 74,930,283 in total from K over 15 times from September 14, 2017 to December 1, 2017.

C paid a total of KRW 56,788,612 to K on seven occasions from November 22, 2017 to December 4, 2017, and Plaintiff B paid a total of KRW 56,80,000 to K on December 13, 2017.
