A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing such as a camera);

A. On March 1, 2012, around the same month from around March 1, 2012 to the nearest day of the same month, persons who installed a visible-type portable camera installed in the first floor public toilet in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building and could not know the name of the person who could not know the melting side; and

B. From around October 2014 to July 9, 2018, up to nine hotel E, F, G, Hhos, I, Jhos, Khos, Khos, Lhos, Mhos, etc. installed an IP camera purchased in advance in nine guest rooms in Seocho-gu Seoul, and taken a image image of a male guest and female guest guest with whom his name cannot be ascertained by installing an IP camera purchased in advance on the wall of the above D hotel Nhos.

C. On February 2, 2017, from around March 201 to March 2017, a male customer and a female customer with a sex-related relationship with a male customer with a female guest with an intellectual property camera installed in two guest rooms, such as Pel Q and R, located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO, and opened an intellectual property camera to identify his/her name;

D. From Jun. 2017 to Aug. 2017, a male guest and female guest with whom his name could not be identified by installing IP camera in the five guest rooms, such as Tel E, F, U, V, W, etc., located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and took a dynamic image of the image of a male guest and female guest with whom his name could not be identified.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of other persons who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against their will.

2. The purpose of the defendant who intrudes a structure is to install a camera so as to take photographs of another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, as referred to in paragraph (1) above;
