The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The summary of the grounds for appeal of this case is that the victim D (hereinafter referred to as the "victim") entered a bus terminal parking lot in which only a bus can enter with clothes in the color of the victim, and the victim has considerable responsibility to extend the occurrence and result of the accident of this case, since the bus operated by the defendant was admitted to the Korea Bus Financial Cooperative, the victim's bereaved family members were paid KRW 84,377,000 from the above union, and the defendant separately paid KRW 37,00,000 to the victim's bereaved family members, and the victim's bereaved family members do not want the defendant's punishment, confession and reflects the defendant, after the suspension of the execution of the sentence of imprisonment without prison labor becomes final and conclusive, the defendant is in the place of the defendant's death from the company, and the defendant has been married to the last time but has failed to get a new marriage due to the above agreed amount, and it is unfair for the court below's decision (the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor of 2 years).

Taking into account the circumstances alleged by the Defendant, the instant crime was committed by the Defendant, while driving a bus, resulting in the death of the victim due to occupational negligence, as long as the Defendant was negligent in driving the bus and neglecting the right and right-hand and right-hand cities.
