Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:20 on September 8, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Drivers, Violence, etc.) committed assault against the victim, who is a driver of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, by putting the victim on the road in front of the Sungnamnam-dong located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsannam-dong, Ulsan-gu, and driving the victim into the E elementary school located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and taking the victim into consideration when the victim arrives at the front of the E elementary school located in front of the destination, destination, by driving the said taxi.
2. Around 00:25 on September 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim B (V, 59 years of age) in the said taxi.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the fee even if he had the taxi of the victim.

3. Around 00:30 on September 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the said place, “Afreshing a disturbance without paying the fee”; and (b) received a report from the police officer slope G and H, affiliated with the FF District, to arrive at the scene and the Defendant’s sloping G and H, to pay the taxi fee to the Defendant; and (c) was heard by the victim G.
