Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On November 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison on June 26, 2015.

[Criminal Facts]

1. 3. No person, other than a handler of narcotics, etc. who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., shall sell, sell, or administer Mespopa (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”).
