A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' performance of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. The Defendant damaged public goods at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, who was arrested as a current offender interfering with the performance of official duties, and boarded the patrol vehicle to D while moving to the D area, and damaged the Defendant’s own voice, “I see that I am wrong,” and damaged KRW 110,000,000 of the repair cost by facing the head on the front and rear glass part of the patrol vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the patrol car, which is a thing used by public offices, and has harmed its utility.
