B, C is an artist manager, Defendant A is a person who operates the “F” as his own journal.
The Defendants expressed that Defendant C transferred 16 copies of a photograph taken by Defendant C along with his male-friendly body to his cell phone from the digital camera of female artist, thereby threatening the victim G (50 years of age), the father of the said artist, to take money back.
Accordingly, in order to avoid tracking, Defendant A had a photograph file and left the Republic of Korea to threaten the victim, and Defendant B and C conspired with Defendant A to act in accordance with the situation of Korea, such as threatening the victim to closely contact with Defendant A and delivering the original copy to the victim when the victim requests the confirmation.
Pursuant to the above conspiracy, Defendant A stored the above pictures in the term “largephone” used for committing the crime, and left the Republic of the Republic of the Philippines at around 08:00 on November 4, 2013, and sent two of the photo files from “HHot” located in the Republic of the Philippines on the same day to the victim’s cell phone at around 21:27 on the same day, and the victim calls the victim, and “I have twenty copies of the same kind of pictures containing his/her private life. If you do not know a total of KRW 400,000 per head, it means to the effect that I will identify the reporters who will go beyond their pictures,” and the message was sent to the same effect by no later than June of the same month, thereby threatening the victim.
In addition, Defendant C sent the original photograph to A, stating that “the victim would transfer the remaining money if the original photograph is confirmed.” On November 6, 2013, Defendant C used the USB file with which the photograph was stored, and sent it to the victim as the door of the J Hospital located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Ultimately, the Defendants around the June of the same month from the victims of drinking, which are frightened by the above intimidation.
