Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a dynasium in the name of “C” on the Seoul Jung-gu B and the 1st basement.

No person shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services by singing or dancing, or arrange such acts to provide any third person at a place where food service business is operated for profit.

Nevertheless, at around 00:10 on July 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the above 00:10, arranged entertainment by having D and E, a cause of female entertainment entertainment entertainment entertainment, and two male males with 50 in the name of the guest, to provide entertainment services while drinking alcohol.
