1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, induce, induce or compel sexual traffic for business purposes, or provide funds, land, or buildings, knowing that sexual traffic is provided or provided for sexual traffic.

From the date of June, 16, it was employed by EM business establishments located in the above F2 level by receiving KRW 2.5 million per month from A, who hires female employees, and performed similar acts to unspecified customers, the management of I, J, K, etc., who are female employees, guide them to receive commercial sex acts from customers, and guide them to guest rooms, and facilitate A’s illegal sexual sex trafficking business establishments, which are business owners, such as arranging the said female employees to perform similar sexual intercourses, and settling profits.
