Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant “C” in Sungnam-gu, Jungnam-gu.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, from August 11, 2016 to September 9, 2016, the Defendant purchased 4,100 won per kg from 124 business Gaz 312, Sungnam-si Gaz, 312, and sold 46 items to unspecified consumers for the same period of time by falsely indicating the origin of the 58.88km (541,408 won) at a restaurant and indicating the origin of the 46 items ( approximately KRW 598,000) at a domestic point of origin. Around September 14:20, 2016, the Defendant displayed 3 items (4,520,000 won) of the United States of America, which was prepared as a foreign swine satisfied, to display the above 4,100 won at a domestic shop.
