Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of "C" in Seo-gu Daejeon.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion therewith.

From August 1, 2013 to December 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared and sold 73kg of Spain A, purchased at KRW 3,750,00 per 1kg, 50,000 per 10,000 for Spain and 15,000 per 15,000 for Spain C; and (b) displayed a false indication of the origin of ties in a restaurant as domestic acid, while keeping it in the kitchen in order to sell it for the same purpose.
