Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a K5-car.

On October 23, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car on October 23, 2018, and continued to drive it on the way from the 5-lane road in front of the Busan East-gu C market to the pan-day intersection.

Since there is a road where signal lights are installed, in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well on the right and the right of the motor vehicle and to drive the motor vehicle safely in accordance with the new code

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the E-si driven by the victim D (the age of 59) who was going to turn to the left at the intersection in the vicinity of the Roman signal by the negligence of disregarding the vehicle signal and going to the opposite line even though the vehicle signal is a stop signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D (the 59-year-old) on the part of the aforementioned occupational negligence, such as dynasium, tension, etc., and the victim F (the 35-year-old age), who is the passenger of the victimized taxi, for about three weeks of medical treatment.
