Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing taxi.

On September 27, 2019, at around 19:57, the Defendant continued three lanes in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C apartment from the side of the main plaintiff to the surface of the art death distance. After changing the first lane into the first one, the Defendant changed into the second one.
