Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Road Traffic Act shall conduct driving education for automobiles outside of a driving school, etc. in return for payment;

Nevertheless, at around 14:30 on January 3, 2012, the Defendant received 250,000 won from C in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul K5-ro 114-HHaro, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul and received driving education.

2. On January 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around January 5, 2013, at a car repair business located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, an auxiliary radar was installed to change the structure and devices of the vehicle at the head of the car repair business.
