Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2017, the Defendant was assaulted by G at the direction of “E” located in D at the time of influence on December 17, 2017, while “a male assaults female at the scene” at the direction of “E”, upon receipt of a report, by the head of the police station affiliated with F District forces dispatched to the site.
