1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 57,00,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, from August 9, 2008, and KRW 32,000,000.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on August 8, 2008 at the rate of 24% per annum on February 10, 2009, and leased KRW 32,00,000 on August 19, 208 at the maturity of January 2010 and interest rate of KRW 24% per annum. The Plaintiff lent KRW 10,00,000 on September 5, 208 at the maturity of payment and interest rate of KRW 36% per annum. The Defendant’s repayment of KRW 5,00,000 on September 5, 2008 does not conflict between the parties.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from September 6, 2009 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, for the total amount of KRW 57,000,000 (=20,000,000 won) and for KRW 20,000 among them, as claimed by the plaintiff, and for KRW 32,000,000 from August 9, 2008, for KRW 32,000,000 from August 20, 2008, and for KRW 5,000,000 from September 6, 2009 to the day of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
