When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2013, the Defendant boarded the victim B (59 years of age) taxi at the entrance of the Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Mayor at Yangsan-si 19:00, and arrived at the subordinate library located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

The Defendant said that “25,100 won shall be transferred to the domestic account” to the victim without the intention to pay the taxi fee, and obtained the pecuniary profit equivalent to the above taxi fee by obtaining permission from the victim.
