Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sold an item of online games to the victim C (the 39 years of age) at BPC located in the Busan Gun; (b) however, the Defendant did not possess the said item and did not intend to sell it.

At around 16:08 of the same day, the defendant received 100,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account of the defendant and acquired financial profits equivalent to the same amount.
