Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In order to divert mountainous districts, permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service shall be obtained.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, installed a breeding house on May 201, 201 with a size of 48 square meters in the forest and field B, which is a mountainous district, in the area of approximately 2,000 square meters, installed a pents and chills, and installed a mushroom cultivation house on April 2013 with a size of 22 square meters.

Accordingly, the Defendant conducted a conversion without obtaining permission for conversion of a mountainous district.
