Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car.

On May 27, 2016, the Defendant driving the said car on the 07:25th day of May, 2016, and driving it on the front of the F hotel located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, and driving it along one-lane from the Glun Seaside to the Incheon large Zone, and making it to the Glun Sea.

At the time, G (53 years of age) had a bicycle lane at the center of a roadway, and at the time, G (53 years of age) was driving along the bicycle lane on the left side of the defendant, and as such, in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle by checking well the right and the right of the front and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the victim to go beyond the floor by taking the front part of the above bicycle as the left part of the above car due to the negligence that he did not live well with the front side and left side.

Ultimately, at around May 28, 2016, around 01:35, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by the occupational negligence, such as training paralysis, etc. at the Acheon-ro Hospital located in 774-gil 21, Namdong-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu, Incheon.

For the reason of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the defendant driving a motor vehicle, who attempted to make an internship without finding any bicycle that the victim was aboard while driving a motor vehicle and failed to closely observe the traffic conditions of the internship points, and the crime is committed in the instant case resulting in the death of the victim.
