1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,200,000 and the interest rate thereon from January 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. 【Evidence” without any dispute, and Defendant B agreed on March 8, 2007 to pay a sum of KRW 32,200,000 to the Plaintiff on March 15, 2007. Defendant C’s joint and several surety obligation against the Plaintiff can be acknowledged.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 32,200,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 23, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is justified.
