1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Basic Facts] The Defendants are the occupants of the Nam-gu apartment complex E-gu, Southern-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
While the Defendants, which is an enterprise managing the above apartment complex, have been dissatisfied with the failure to reflect the opinions of the residents in the agreement, the Defendants agreed to obtain consent from the occupants with respect to the agenda with the effect that “the expiration date of the agreement with the head of the senior citizens or the president of the senior citizens shall be added to one occupant recommended by the senior citizens' council or the president of the senior citizens' council, and it shall be restricted to the participation of the senior citizens in the open competitive bidding.”
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendants conspired to commit the crime on January 26, 2018, and around 10:00, at around 101 to 106, the above apartment complex 101 to 106, the victim F, who is the apartment management warden, collected a approximately 170 letter of “the appeal against the occupants” to the effect that the victim F, who is the above apartment management warden opposed to the above agenda, carried out all of the above documents at a mail box installed on each of the first floors of the above apartment complex.

2. Defendant A
A.
