The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged of this case is as follows: "In the vicinity of the captain market located in Taiwan-gun, Busan, on April 6, 2014, the defendant assaulted the victim as a flab with the victim C(56 years of age) who was established in the area of the captain of the Dong-gun, Busan, about 16:00, in order to determine whether it was damaged due to the destruction of the victim C(56 years of age)."

However, this is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Code, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express will under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Code.

On July 20, 2015, the victim stated that the victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant in this court.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
